Our skill laboratory (simulation center) is a specialized facility within our institute, designed to provide a controlled environment for the teaching, learning and assessment of clinical skills. These laboratories are equipped with various simulators, models, mannequins and other training tools to simulate real-life medical scenarios and procedures.
It features a wide array of simulation equipment to mimic patient conditions and medical procedures. This includes high-fidelity mannequins that can replicate physiological responses, task trainers for specific skills (such as suturing or intubation), and virtual reality simulators for immersive learning experiences.
Our laboratory offers structured training modules covering different medical specialties and procedures. These modules may include basic clinical skills (e.g., taking vital signs, patient assessment) as well as more advanced techniques (e.g., surgical procedures, advanced life support). This allows learners to gain confidence and proficiency before interacting with real patients in clinical settings.
