The National Medical Commission (NMC) is an apex regulatory body for medical education and practice in India, established under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. NMC approval of a medical college signifies that the college meets the standards and criteria set by the commission for infrastructure, faculty, curriculum, and other essential aspects of medical education.
Our Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Science & Research Centre, T Begur has obtained NMC Permission for starting medical college for both Undergraduates and Postgraduates by accepting detailed applications, undergoing inspections and meeting various requirements outlined by the commission so that our institute can offer medical education programs and its graduates are eligible for registration with the NMC to practice medicine in India.
